My Story

A Licensed Professional Here to Guide You

I was born in Grass Valley and raised here and in North Lake Tahoe. I have a bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling and am licensed as a LMFT in California with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. I am a mother and love art, music and people. I am warm and approachable and do not tell my clients what to do but rather help them find their own solutions. I believe the body, mind and soul are all connected and all need nurturing and care to help us feel the best we are able.  I love swimming, being in nature, dancing, singing, and camping, especially in my 1968 VW bus! I love children and people of all ages. I am honored that you are considering a therapy relationship with me and I look forward to talking with you and meeting you soon. Doing Therapy is my passion and I am rooting for your happiness, health, and goals also!
